My motor was blocked and he wants to change the starter to charge another $1,500 this guy has no idea to fix the engine first want me to put a new battery and actually I put a new battery a day ago and after he say well you need to change the starter because the car doesn't start and I say yes because the car was started when the motor gets blocked it so is the motor the engine it's not the starter because the starter was on when the car stop Jesus Christ

Paul’s auto service is the TRUTH! the only shop in Vegas that I will continue to go to. I have taken all of my cars to John, he is the only mechanic that I’ve met out here in Vegas who is honest and knows what he’s doing. and Michelle at the front desk is always very kind and makes you comfortable in knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. I have been going to Paul’s auto for over 14hrs. It didn’t matter if it was a new vehicle or my older vehicle. They are honest and they always do great work. John is a straight up guy (mechanic) he will explain everything in detail which is what I love about it !

I had a great experience with Paul's Auto. They literally saved the day for me, and went the extra mile to make sure.my Mini Cooper was repaired & paid for by the warranty company just a day before the warranty was set to expire...a repair I had been trying to get done for over 6 weeks by Pep Boys, who gave me nothing but the run around. Every person I dealt with at Paul's Auto was friendly, professional and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of, and I got the distinct impression they operate with high integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.
