I’m really pleased with the engagement ring Arwen helped build for my fiancé. The final piece is beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. it captures her style perfectly and truly is what she wanted. I especially appreciate Arwen’s patience throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and went through several rounds of revisions, and she guided me with kindness, clear communication, and professionalism every step of the way. Sybil is top notch! So, I lost an earring that has an extremely unique setting. I googled and decided to “pop in” to Pave’. As I approached the door I saw the “appointment” sign. I looked up and the security agent caught my eye and smiled( thank you sir). I motioned at the sign But he invited me in. Cool beans! I walked in slowly as someone does who doesn’t have an appointment and was greeted Immediately by Sybil…pure Kismet. Sybil’s Energy, her Style and Genuine Love for what she does made her the perfect consultant for me. Plus, I think she’s Magick ✨! Sybil listened to the backstory like a dear, long known friend assured me that she knew exactly what to do! And let me say, I would be REMISS if I didn’t salute the Master Craftsperson that did the actual work…chefs kiss! So now I have a perfectly matched set once again. Thank you Sybil for all of your help. p.s. please don’t tell anyone about the earring🤫

My husband and I worked with Arwen to choose a beautiful sapphire anniversary ring designed by Michael, and every step of the process was an absolute pleasure. Arwen is knowledgeable, creative, and truly a joy to work with. I also brought in old jewelry passed down from my grandmother. She helped me recycle the gold, applying the credit toward the ring, and took genuine interest in examining each gemstone and sharing her expertise. Pavé is just amazing and Pepper, one of their designers, is an absolute dream to work with! I had the opportunity to recreate new pieces using both my mother's and grandmother's wedding ring stones. Pepper was able to take my spotty ideas and create two separate necklaces that are perfect for me and something my grandmother and mother would be so happy with! She honored all three of us with her patience, thoroughness, thoughtfulness and care. I am so happy with the end results! Huge thanks to Pepper and Pavé!
