via Google We highly recommend Pavlov to everyone! You may think wow this is expensive (we did) but let me tell you it is extremely worth it for what you get. We had an amazing experience with Corin and Pavlov’s Board & Train program for our puppy, Gus (5mos when he went).
From the start, it was clear Corin truly understood dogs and owners. She listened to all of our concerns at drop off and provided insight and advice before we even started.
Gus went in with somewhat of a foundation but needed reinforcement around impulse control, manners, and consistency, especially things like leave it, off, park it (or place), calm greetings, crate settling, walking manners on leash, and reducing mouthy puppy behavior. The progress we saw was incredible.
One of the biggest wins for us was park it and the way he could now relax with us in our living room. Our friends and family all were shocked at how well behaved of a 5month old puppy we had. Walking with him also became extremely easier with leash mechanics and simple commands Corin taught Gus and us. It made walking extremely enjoyable for Gus but also for us.
Corin helped clarify exactly how to handle moments where we previously had concerns and truly gave us all the tools necessary going forward to continue his training and make sure we and he were setup for success.
What really sets Pavlov apart is the owner education. We didn’t just get a “trained dog” — we got clear guidance, structure, and confidence on how to reinforce everything at home. The handoff, lessons, and follow-up made it easy for both me and my husband to stay consistent and keep building on Gus’s progress.
We’re so grateful for the care, communication, and expertise from Corin and the entire Pavlov team. We can’t wait to do our free continued education with group walks and classes and will definitely be utilizing board with benefits with Corin for future travel.
I also will note the love for Corin from Gus, and vice versa, made it that much more worth it :)

Joe Nvia Google Madalyn Aquino was absolutely fantastic with our dog Lonny. It was so obvious how much she cares and how experienced she is with training and communicating with dogs effectively because in the three weeks of the training program she was able to concretely and completely achieve all of the goals we hoped for when we sent him off to Pavlov.
We just finished our last hand off training sessions and I will absolutely recommend Madalyn Aquino and all of the Jason St of Denver staff as the premium dog trainers to anyone. I personally don’t have the time or experience to do the training I envisioned for my dog and this training program should be considered a valuable investment in your and your dogs future. I researched the top programs and I am so glad I ended up choosing Pavlov and can’t say enough positive things about the great experience it was. I’m happy. My fiancée is happy (she’s not getting pulled down from the leash anymore…!) and Lonny is a happy well behaved gentleman.
Pavlov is great and worth every dollar. One additional comment is they CONSTANTLY update their Instagram and post YouTube videos of your dogs progress and group play sessions multiple times a day. This wasn’t an additional service and just something they do but I think it was one of my favorite parts of choosing Pavlov. I missed my guy so much over the 3-week program but felt like I saw him everyday because of their amazing communication.

Karen Veithvia Google When Louie the boxer, dragged me through my building’s lobby and I face-planted on the floor, I knew I had to get him into an effective training program. I took Louie to Pavlov for puppy socialization classes already but thought I could save $ with Petsmart’s programs for more training. I didn’t get the best results there so I chose board + train with Virginia while I was out of the country and felt very secure in leaving him in her care. I picked up a different dog! With his new “park-it” command I am able to vacuum, sweep and mop my apt. without Louie’s “assistance”. No more pulling, dragging and tangled leash walks. I appreciate Virginia’s direct and very clear communication skills! She has a no-nonsense approach with her training and it’s just what Louie and I needed. She has made it clear that consistency is the most important thing I can do to set Louie up for a successful future and to have a happy, respectful and well behaved dog. She recommended group walks with Pavlov and I am going to commit to attending them with Louie, regularly. Thanks to Virginia and Pavlov, I have an even better relationship with Louie! Life is good!

Liz Nguyenvia Google We had an incredible experience with Pavlov Dog Training, and especially with our trainer, Madalyn Aquino. Our corgi Sammy had been very leash reactive with poor impulse control, and we were genuinely worried he was going to get himself into trouble sooner rather than later. Enter Madalyn - an absolute miracle worker.
In just three short weeks, she transformed Sammy’s behavior while keeping his sweet and lovable personality completely intact. He can now heel, stay, recall, and “back off” instantly, but the biggest gift is that we can finally enjoy peaceful walks without fearing a reactive outburst. The difference is night and day.
What impressed us most was how loving, but appropriately firm, Madalyn was with Sammy. You could tell she truly understood him, and it was obvious that Sammy adored her right back. Her approach built trust, structure, and confidence, not just better manners.
We honestly can’t recommend Pavlov Dog Training and Madalyn enough. They worked a miracle for our family, and we’re so grateful for everything they’ve done for Sammy. If you’re on the fence, don’t be - this program is amazing.

Kim Morganvia Google We LOVED our experience with Pavlov Dog Training and trainer Madalyn. I knew it was going to be tough to leave my sweet 1.5 year old Vizsla, Rusty for 2 weeks. But he really needed some reinforcement training and e-collar training to help during walks, playtime and structured “place time”. The staff that I talk with beforehand answered ALL of my questions. I liked that I could check the Instagram everyday and watch him during playtime, and I received multiple weekly updates on his progress with photos. We have really benefited from the additional “human training” sessions since his completion of this stay. He has retained all of his skills and really enjoys our daily walks and reinforcement training at home. I know I can reach out with questions or issues in the future if needed. We received awesome detailed emails about what kind of training he was having and even videos showing him during training. I have recommended Pavlov to any person with a dog since our recent stay and we are 150% happy with our results. The whole staff loves on all the dogs and the dogs really love being in their care. Rusty was a changed boy once we got him back and he is so responsive to commands and loves learning new skills. I’m excited that he can board there anytime now that he has completed the program and am confident he will smother all the trainers in kisses upon seeing them again.
