I used to bring my dog here but now finding out about the conditions has me in absolute shock. My trust is broken. Other parents, don’t make the mistake I did.

Their kennels were not up to standard, leading to mistreatment of animals. Not friendly people.

I called Paw in Order for a quote on a 3-day boarding stay for my Collie. The price was much higher than other places in the area. The facility also looks pretty small based on what they show on Instagram, so I didn’t feel it was worth the cost. I’d recommend checking other options.

I have been a client of Paw In Order for many years. Brittany took excellent care of my Rottweiler and then I rescued a dog during covid. Huckleberry, the rescue, has anxiety and high energy. Paw In Order was not interested in taking good care of a dog with issues. Courtney, a counselor, was rude and dismissive of Huck. He is a very loving, playful, and active dog. Also, when I picked him up, on several occasions he had abrasions on his face. I will never return to Paw In Order for service.

They are the best. Been going there 4 years and the staff is very caring. I use the daycare, boarding and grooming and I have always been satisfied. Now that its hot I will drop off my pooch off even when I dont need to because they do water play and she loves it and the other dogs so much! Highly recommend.
