Maylasia and Pawtime are amazing. They helped us when we thought no one could. Our little feline Sir NinjaBear Fluffybutt loves his Pawtime care providers. This team has never failed to help us, even when we had family move in with dogs, causing us to scramble for canine care as well. It’s been a pleasure to benefit from their company growth as we also grew our household. Thank you, Malaysia and the Pawtime team!

My fur babies, Lakai and Merlin, absolutely love Malaysia, Jonathan, and the whole Paw Time team. I’ve called Malaysia at the last minute so many times, and she has always done her best to accommodate our pet-care needs. Jonathan has taken both of my pets on the Saturday Adventures, and they always come back happy and wonderfully exhausted. He has also transported Merlin safely on several occasions back and forth to vet visits and even round-trips to Austin. The team is amazing, caring, communicative, and incredibly professional. They’re always looking to add helpful, beneficial services, and Paw Time is a big supporter of the community as well. Highly recommend!

We recently tried Paw Time’s dog sitting and walking service for the first time and were initially nervous about entrusting our dogs to someone new. From our first interaction, Malaysia at Paw Time was professional, empathetic, and thorough, instantly easing our concerns. Their customizable services perfectly fit our dogs’ needs, and their informative website and detailed onboarding process gave us confidence in their expertise. During the service, Malaysia and Genevieve were incredibly kind and attentive, treating our dogs like their own. They provided detailed updates and photos afterward, which reassured us our pups were happy and well cared for. Traveling has been challenging due to concerns about reliable pet care, but Paw Time has solved that. We felt completely secure and are excited to use their services again. Highly recommend!
