My experience at Paws at Prospect has been amazing! We've seen two different vets there, Dr Richard and Dr Daniel, and they were both so informative, happy to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease with any of my concerns regarding my cat. They're very knowledgeable and are great with my cat, you can tell they really love animals! I love how there is a separate waiting area for cats with a safe and cosy area for them on a shelf, away from dogs and busy areas while waiting. Everytime my cat has an appointment, the staff at the reception area are lovely and are always down to have a conversation. I travel all the way from Munno Para to take my cat to this vet and I'll keep doing so. Keep up the great work guys!

Well, Richard is very nice and professional. Positive and supportive experience ! However , another Female Vet is quite rushing. She was not a good listener and spent minimal time with us and skipping standard checks . We dont wanna book an appointment with her next time.

No words - just endless gratitude to Gavin and the team at Paws at Prospect for saving our precious Willow. Their rapid response, compassion, and skill gave our family the ultimate gift: more time with her love and warmth. She’s now home, snuggled in muslin blankets, high on pain relief, and already back to her diva ways. Her condition was critical, and she couldn’t have been in better hands. With love (and fingers crossed we don’t have to see you again professionally) - thank you.

We were referred by our current vet to see Dr Gavin asap because of issues with our dog's eyes. Paws at Prospect were very quick to respond and we were seen within a couple of hours. Dr Gavin was incredibly insightful, steady, professional, but understood our boy Theo so well. He is a specialist and I would highly recommend him. The team were also very helpful post appointment, from check out, to explaining the medication, and sending us instructions etc. A very top tier place for pets.

We can’t thank everyone at Paws at Prospect enough. From the vet team, the nurses, to the ladies at reception everyone has been so incredibly kind and empathetic to myself and our cat Chilli. What began as a routine check for vomiting turned into a full emergency requiring surgery and then many post op hours of stress while we waited for Chilli to pull through. Thanks to Dr Jennifer who experienced the emotional rollercoaster with us and everyone who was so kind and concerned when I cried multiples times! Vets get a tough wrap from stressed owners but this team is full of heart and needed to be thanked. They are the best practice we’ve been in. Chilli says thankyou too as he makes himself ar home annoying his bug brother Buddy. So he’s almost back to his old sweet self. Thanks a million. Allison x
