Do not waste your time trying to communicate with Paws Pet Sitting. It’s like pulling teeth to even talk to them. I honestly don’t know how they are in business. Their lack of organization l, customer service, communication seems very basic in any business. The owner was suppose to get back to me about a meet and greet for my diabetic dog and she ghosted me. I wanted to use a small business that was located in my neighborhood but don’t bother, instead call You’re Best Friend’s Friend, excellent experience, worked me last minute, I love the app, pictures and notes at every visit.

Kelli and her team are AMAZING! Recently went out of town and needed someone to check in our two kitties. They were so professional and helpful. They administered meds and made sure our cats were well loved in our absence. We will definitely be using them for ongoing pet sitting needs!

Kellie and Gwen have taken such great care of our dog over the years. Love that they send an email confirmation with notes and sometimes pictures after each visit. Our dog always seems well loved and happy!

I love PAWS pet sitting and so do my cats! They take great care of my cats but also my plants. They go above and beyond and also check my mail and set the trash/recycling bins out when needed. They are super nice and caring! I highly recommend their services!!
