Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!!! Paws Unleashed is nothing short of outstanding! They are flexible, professional, reliable, clean and safe. We have been sending our dog to daycare as well as occasional boarding there for going on 3 years and they have always been incredible. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and they take great care of all there customers, both 4 legged and 2. Couldn't recommend enough!

Overall, once finally accepted for an evaluation - I have had such ease with my experience. Easy Drop off & P/U system. OFFICE is well kept, and clean. I know from first had experience as I have worked at a few doggy daycare's prior to completing my degree. Great, friendly staff. When called for information- they always returned them same day. 1/2 star loss- Is the inability to purchase larger 10 day or 30 day package- as they have an expiration date of 2 months. I wanted to do 1-2 x's weekly, and if I even purchased the the 10 day- I would have 2 days expire. Another 1/2 loss- Is how long it took to get set up. I filled out paperwork in early/mid Jan 2020, was told 3 different "idea's" on when they might be able to get him scheduled- Only taking 2 new dogs a day. Each time i inquired for the evaluation day, the estimated time would extend another mnth out. 6 mths to become a client. As it wasn't until the may 29 2020- and for that day I am sure was only related to a covid cancellation and I just got lucky. Evaluations are important- but maybe w/ such high volume of interest- minimize day for -4 hrs free w/ scheduled times- and increasing to 4 new dogs daily. NO star removed as this is only personal desires, but no fault of owners- Ideally some progression in adding a groomer would be convenient. Ideally would love webcams available. So I have the capability to see how my dog is acting. Whether it be nice , mean, learning naughty habits, Or just playing sweetly, I wanna know. I this would put many customer's at ease for long stays, or if aware their pet can sometimes have issues- and see it first hand. OVERALL: CLEAN, FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE. Costly $$$$. I waited 6 mnths because the facility is well kept, & w/ first hand experience- know how challenging this task can be. My dog is tired after a day here, and that is really what it comes down too, so thank you for taking such great care of my boy while he is there.

Paws Unleashed is AMAZING! Our Lulu loves going to dog daycare at Paws Unleashed; we bring her almost every day and every time we walk through the door, we feel like we are seeing family. --Lulu comes home every time happy and exhausted--she is in her best shape and we joke she has built physically active endurance. Caitlin worked with us on training--wow--she taught us and Lulu so much (Lulu receives many compliments of how well behaved she is) Their location is beautiful and welcoming; bright and spacious inside and out!--and so many thoughtful extras--like rubber flooring and K9 grass outside. I have not met someone with as much love and passion for these sweet dogs. There are not enough ways to share how much we love Caitlin, Janet, Kristin and ALL of the Paws Unleashed team.

Paws Unleashed is a five star facility!! Very clean and pleasant environment. Caitlin and her crew are incredibly dedicated to the care and well being of every dog that comes through their doors. They make EVERY dog feel welcome and loved and are SO patient and hard working! Their creative technique of providing new and different activities for the dogs throughout the day combined with their consistent training of the dogs is like no other day care or boarding facility I have experienced. My dog is happy going in and happily exhausted coming out!! I would highly recommend Paws Unleashed!!!!
