I experienced exceptional customer service and genuine care as a pet owner following a recent situation with a Pawshake sitter. As a first-time user seeking a dog sitter for the Christmas holiday, I was initially nervous about entrusting our pets to a stranger. However, Pawshake's robust support system and swift response to potential issues made all the difference. When our original sitter attempted to unexpectedly increase her fee from the agreed, confirmed booking that was in place, by $480 shortly before we were due to fly out, and also created complications with key return, it put us in a challenging situation needing to find a reliable replacement sitter at short notice. We jumped straight on to the Pawshake website and successfully found a reliable replacement sitter. On our return, I felt obliged to share the incident with Pawshake, I was very impressed their team demonstrated remarkable responsiveness, and empathy, immediately investigating the situation. What impressed me most was their immediate action. Upon hearing about the sitter's unethical behavior, they: - Promptly suspended the sitter's profile - Requested additional evidence - Conducted an investigation Their commitment went beyond mere transactional service; it was clear they genuinely care about maintaining a trustworthy platform for pet owners. The fact that the problematic sitter remains unavailable speaks volumes about their dedication to maintaining high standards of their sitters. Pawshake demonstrated outstanding professionalism and commitment to us as a pet owner. For pet owners seeking a reliable, safe, and supportive pet-sitting service, I cannot recommend Pawshake highly enough. Clearly run by genuine animal lovers - prioritising pet and owner welfare over quick profits. Thank you, Pawshake, for turning a potentially stressful situation into excellent customer service!

I came across this service while looking for local kennels on the Gold Coast, and i am so glad that i did. Pawshake is a brilliant alternative to putting your loved fur family member into kennels often with dire results. Not because they are awful but because they just dont give them the attention that they are used to, and they become distressed. I found Amelia through Pawshake and having Jack home stay with her was such a wonderful experience. She looked after Jack so well, sent photos of him in the home environment and on his walks and kept us informed of how he was doing. Jack will never be going back into kennels again. Thank you Pawshake for creating such a wonderful app.

Pawshake is a great service . We found Di and her wonderful family to have our very spoilt and loved sausage dog Frankie. As it was the first time leaving him I was very nervous. But di and her family treated him so well and I loved getting all the photos and updates of him . Frankie had the best time with them all and I now have no worries about ever leaving him with them again.

Great App, and so far the best. Quick reply within 2 hours, really friendly people around you to take care of your Fur family, and you can only know via this App. Found a sitter located 8 min from my house, and what a great finding, Lisa is so nice and flexible with arrangements, and my little sweet Cally was so comfortable, found her laying with Lisa on her sofa, so relax and happy. I cant said enough what great experience both of us had - it was wonderful. Thank you for building up this app, and selecting great sitters like Lisa. THANK YOU Lisa, see you next time.
