Absolutely love Pawsitive Beginnings. From the 1st meeting where Ace met Lateria it has been awesome. Ace is excited every time we pull into the community. Every pupcation has been well rewarded and we have not had a single worry. His behavior after working Lateria has been amazing. She has also shared and taught us on steps to continue to improve his behavior when needed. We got Ace as a rescue dog in 2020 when he was one. We tried using other pet hotels and they all said Ace was aggressive or they had to do extra to have him behave. Day one with Pawsitive Beginnings there was a relationship of trust and fun that was established, and Ace absolutely loves training and staying with Pawsitive Beginnings. They are thoughful, caring, knowledgeable, patient and very aware of the Aces and our needs.
We have loved our experience with Lateria! She is so knowledgeable and was able to provide so much guidance while we trained our 3 year old lab mix rescue. She was a stray and had so much anxiety which came out in a multitude of behavior issues. Lateria guided us through some intensive training and helped us sign up for Doggie University. I’m so happy with the results! Deana has much better manners because Lateria taught her (and us!) some great coping mechanisms for her stress. Thank you!
I can not speak highly enough of Lateria with Pawsitive Beginnings. Due to her and her patience I was able to keep my family together. She helped train my two older dogs to respect space and boundaries when I had a newborn. Now my son and Bennett have the best relationship. I wish I could add a before and after video of how this dog used to walk on a lead. Before he would pull like a mad man and now my almost two year old can walk him with supervision
Pawsitive Beginnings has made life for this first time dog mom so much sweeter! We started with a home visit and instantly connected with Lateria. My puppy, Ellie, now loves Doggie University and Pupcation stays. She has learned manners, to listen and obey commands and how to socialize with other dogs. Lateria is always ready with helpful hints and homework to keep the party going. I highly recommend her for all of your dog training needs!
Lateria, is God sent! I was referred to Pawsitive Beginnings by my neighbor. She raved on how great her experience was with training her doodle. I had just purchased a toy poodle, and I thought well if I could raise a child, I can train a dog. WRONG! I booked the formal in home training, and I noticed a difference in Carter after our consultation. Lateria, taught us so many techniques because I found WE needed training in order to train our dog. Carter, is so much more enjoyable and he is learning how to control himself in situations where it may cause him to be a bit “unruly”. I have also utilized the Pupcation services several times. Carter, enjoys staying with Lateria while we are on vacation and she is reinforcing training as well. I definitely believe any new dog owner or if you have a dog that is not utilizing proper manners, Pawsitive Beginnings with Lateria is the way to go. You will not be disappointed!
