Update in regard of the repair as I’m absolutely shocked now the reason my fan was making noise was due to it being broken now that was not the case when I handed over the laptop for repair also I have paid for an internal service now the repair company I had to go to repair what pc medics did is the following on top of the broken fan all the thermal pads are melted away and pc medics just put it back - which would have caused the vram chips and coils to burn out over time - The pink pads have totally degraded and are not doing a thing that I had to get them replaced as well. The above is latest update - below was my first review which honestly I’m now questioning if I should keep or delete - now this has costed me over £300 to get the new fan fitted with the other bits fixed plus what I paid pc medics the whole thing now exceeding £500. Chris was great — he was able to assist me in resolving my laptop problem in such a short period of time, and I really appreciated his efficiency and professionalism. Unfortunately, the aftercare service was terrible. I’ve been completely ignored with no response to my follow-ups for over two weeks. After the initial repair, my laptop fans started making a strange noise that wasn’t there before. I eventually had to take it elsewhere to get fixed, which cost me over £200. Very disappointed with the lack of support after the job was done.

When you’re spending a lot of money on a computer, you want someone who will treat your Pc as their own. That is exactly the service Chris provided, throughout every step he was honest, kind and attentive. He never failed to pick up the phone, to answer a question no matter how simple, I felt at ease during every step of the process and confident I would be delivered an excellent computer, and that’s exactly what I got! I couldnt be more happy with what Chris has made me. He went above and beyond to inform me of every step during the build. He is such a genuine person who acctually cares about what he does and treats every component as if it is his own. The prices are definitely in the sweet spot.
