Brought my laptop in that was just out of warranty with an issue. Millie professionally and competently diagnosed and explained the problem with the hard drive and the appropriate fix. Not only did she fix my laptop, but she also made sure everything else was working properly. Her customer service skills and attention to detail really stood out. Would highly recommend!

The apple store told me they couldn’t fix my computer without wiping all of the data, but PC Tech fixed my computer AND saved the data. All for a reasonable price and in less than 24 hours!
