I brought a laptop in to get an idea if it was worth repairing – issue with hinges and could not close. The owner was so helpful, clearly explaining the issue. He walked me through the process and provided a quote – no fee to look at the PC! Sal was awesome as well – so patient and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about what they do and the service they provide. I even got the laptop back several days earlier than expected. Great Experience and Top-notch service at a reasonable price! If we have computer issues in the future, we will definitely use PC Werks!
