PCP Motorsports is a great place to buy a motorcycle. I have buying bikes from PCP for 20 years. Chris in sales is super cool and helped me get a new Kawasaki. Hunter in parts was great and ordered the accessories for my new bike. PCP has a large selection and friendly people. Check them out for your next adventure. I like this place so much, I went back and purchased a new Goldwing from Chris. Super smooth buying experience. Highly recommend PCP.
Truly a great dealership? Actually, truly a great group of people who love bikes. Came here with my brother before his MSF course to get some gear, wound up spending the whole day learning about motorcycles. Chris the sales rep was so patient and knowledgeable, teaching my brother on just about every bike on the floor (all four showrooms, and even a special bike in the back. so many bikes!). Along the way I even found a bike that caught my eye! We came back the next week to pick up my brother’s gear, and there’s Chris to welcome us in! He remembered us, asked my brother about his course, and we got to chatting. Wouldn’t you know it, I ended up buying the bike! Chris cut me a great deal (again, very patient. Thanks Chris!) and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Thanks again to Chris, Eddy, Kyle and the whole team for your help. Looking forward to doing business with yall again real soon!
I can’t thank PCP Motorsports enough! They saved the day for my son. Without their help, he wouldn’t have been able to race in his series championship finale. I went into the shop first thing in the morning, explained our situation, and Paris at the service counter and Saul the mechanic went above and beyond to get his dirtbike ready in time. They treated us like family and worked quickly to make sure everything was safe and race ready. Because of their dedication and customer service, my son was able to line up that evening and race when it mattered most. We are so grateful, thank you Paris and Saul for saving the day! Highly recommend PCP Motorsports for anyone who needs a shop that truly cares about their riders.
Went here for a front and rear tire change and a rear master cylinder replacement. These guys were extremely helpful and kind. After a quick inspection they assured me I didn't need a few extra things I was asking about, but they would do it if I still wanted the work done. Needless to say they got the job done quick and affordable. Amazing people all around there and great customer service. I've heard bad rumors about this place but my honest experience was good to say the least. Ninja 500 se 40th anniversary
The place has a lot of selection and is well organized. The staff could definitely use some better customer service experience as to my opinion. I asked the salesman if I could grab some food while they got everything together instead I waited over 40 min to get to finance to pay for a bike I was paying in full. While in finance there was a price discrepancy of $95 dollars because I paid card not cash which that was not discussed by my salesman. No big deal even after all the extra packs and paying sales tax on services that wasn’t that big of a deal to me I tried not to make it an issue. They took a while to get the bike ready I heard them struggling in the back my salesman told me they were taking long because they had to “program “ the new bike fora warranty they told me my bike wouldn’t have. No big deal the problem came when I got home and realized my bike was not starting. I read through the manual luckily it was just a dead battery. But after paying over 10k for a bike I was not expecting to come home to that kind of problem on a weekend I was supposed to be out with family and friends. I was in a hurry to buy at the time I probably wouldn’t buy again from them unfortunately
