I was referred to PDA from Highlands Ranch Imports (shout out). The backup camera on my 12 year old range rover had recently failed. Dealer said over a grand. Got a camera on-line instead and took it to PDA. They spent the extra time to get it to work. Still saved hundreds! Nice folks, nice shop.

So happy I went here! I bought a cheap head unit / stereo on Amazon and I got what I paid for. A friend referred me to this place and I ended up working with Guy to get a real head unit for my F150. They never tried to upsell me or push me into spending more money. They printed off a bunch of instal instructions and preprogrammed my head unit for me so I could install it myself and told me to call them if I ran into any issues. I did run into some issues and I called on a Saturday afternoon. Eagle answered and had me text him some photos. He walked me through my issue and I was able to complete my install on my own.

Called to see if they carry the Maestro RR2 and gave them my model Harley (2017 street glide) and told them I was using the soundstream WHD14+ and was wanting to retain my factory information read outs. They said they carried them and sold me the RR2. I got home to install and discovered it requires a different wiring harness to connect (discovered this after 2 hours of researching online). And the entire unit is sold together with the harness and RR2 and I found it on Lifestyle Cycles. I called the first time asking if they knew if this took a different wiring harness and he said he didn’t know and he would have his tech call me Monday. After finding the exact part number I called back again and just wanted to see if he could check to see if they had the harness and he got all snippy with me and had this tone that I was inconveniencing him when he was the one that sold me the wrong part!! I wasted hours of my time turning my wheels and these guys are supposed to be the experts and wasted my time by selling me the wrong part. The impression I got was they don’t want to go above and beyond for their customers and put in the extra effort (which wasn’t much effort I was requesting. Just asked to see if they stocked the harness) and he refused to check for me and insisted the tech had to talk to me about it. He knew I was trying to install this today and did not care, not his problem. Safe to say that I won’t be giving anymore business to them and I found what I needed online and ordered it (the unlock complete kit for soundstream HD14+ that includes both the harness and RR2 module). I’ll be returning this one and they won’t be getting anymore of my business.

I had a great experience with PDA Accessories! I stopped by because I wasn’t sure what kind of dash cam would work best for my Jeep with a soft top... since not all cameras can film clearly through the material. The staff was super knowledgeable and took the time to come outside, look at my Jeep, and figure out what would actually work. They recommended a rearview mirror dash cam (the camera is built right into the mirror!), and it turned out to be perfect. The install was clean and professional, and the camera looks sleek... you’d never even know it’s a dash cam. My only complaint is i can't use my sun visor as the mirro blocks putting it down. A little while after installation, I noticed the camera wasn’t always turning on with my car. I called them, brought it back in, and they were amazing about it. They immediately checked it out, confirmed it was a product defect (not the install), and replaced it under warranty without any hassle. Now everything works perfectly... clear picture, great coverage, and total peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend PDA Accessories to anyone looking for honest, professional, and knowledgeable service.

I needed a new stereo for the Jeep and PDA came recommended from a friend. I called and scheduled an appointment they got me in same week. I worked with Cade who is very professional and friendly. My new stereo was installed perfectly and sounds great. If you are thinking of a stereo upgrade don't toy around with other shops, take your ride to PDA Road Gear! Fantastic experience, very affordable and I will return for all my car audio needs. Thanks guys!!!
