I met with Matthew via zoom which was incredibly convenient for me. I watch my grandchildren a lot and it was difficult to get away so this was a wonderful way to start off! Matthew took the time to listen to my story with all of its details, he didn't interrupt and he was very professional. Even though my taxes sounded complicated to me, I'm sure they were simple to him but he didn't make me feel like I was stupid or anything.
