Extremely disappointing experience. I went out of my way to support this small business when I saw they were opening a new location in Chesapeake at Summit Pointe. As a local, I offered my help with stocking and setup, even expressed interest in a part-time job, thinking they could use the extra support. They took down my number and told me they’d be in touch, but I was ghosted multiple times. I followed up in person and over the phone — only to be treated rudely. One phone call ended with them pretending they couldn’t hear me, and then they hung up and blocked my number. Whether they were hiring or not, I would have appreciated a simple yes or no instead of being ignored. The way I was treated was unprofessional and disrespectful. Beyond that, the store is overpriced, disorganized, and honestly feels more like a high-end attitude with bargain-bin energy. You can find better quality and service elsewhere. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about supporting this place — don’t waste your time, money, or energy.

Absolutely LOVE this boutique! There clothing is so on trend and trust me it's a complete vibe. They even offer dog treats for all of the local pups. Who doesn't love a good ol' boutique with puppy snuggles too! If you haven't been you are definitely missing out. I took my mom when she was in town after getting a few things and she is just as obsessed and was so thankful to finally find long pants. Definitely check out their new Summit Pointe location.

One of my favorite locally owned boutiques. The owner is wonderful and goes out of her way to make sure that clients are well taken care of! I love that there are so many different things to choose from in the store, from clothing to designer purses to gorgeous accessories! Plus lots of great little things to pick up and give us gifts.

This shop looked so interesting from the photos and had lots of good reviews Too bad it’s too far to drive from Newport News to come back. I was hoping for a dress to for job interviews. It was closed at 4:12 p.m. Not sure if they’re closed every Sunday, or just had a staffing issue today or closed early today.

My wife loves this place. Markayla has established something great and amazing. There is something for everyone from all walks of light. Give this place an opportunity to blow you away. Birdie, the dog is amazing as well!
