I love Pearl’s Coffee and Tea house. The food is delicious and their beverages are great. The owner and staff are so friendly and they love to help customers on what to order next. I like their French fries, chicken wings, and banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches! My favorite drink is the brown sugar milk tea or Vietnamese style iced coffee!

This has recently become my go to lunch spot if I get the urge to go out! The Bahn Mi is fantastic and I love their bubble teas. Cutest little shop and friendly staff.

I seen & decided to stop,The atmosphere is up to par ,the vibe is cool seems felt some like a Starbucks positioned in a historical house/frat mansion . I had the ice Carmel mochiata . The drink really didn't have any flavor other than the boldness of the coffee and yes it's a 10 out 10 for being bold that's my prefrence but just based on this one experice I would rate the place 6.5/7 stars out of 10 . The customer service is there but the coffee was very over powering & bold with little to no other flavors (again this is my preference but is also how the drink came). if you are looking for a flavored sugary coffee you might have to build that yourself because this place had real coffee. The price isn't bad ither it's about competition price , i would most definitely go back & try lunch.
