I was immediately greeted and seated with a smile. But there were alot of things I disliked about this center. I immediately requested where bathrooms were and they were outside of center around the corner somewhat inconvinient when time on test continous to run so manage your time and bladder if you dont want to deal with in and out procedures. I wish I had known that they would not provide a sound machine (since prometric did offer it) to request one thru testing accommodations. During the tutorial I thought I could stand while testing but they immediately came in and told me the testing didn't allow that. I didn't like that again because I prometric I could. it was a 6 plus hour exam I wanted to stretch without being told how to. I was able to manage. I was very very dissatisfied with the fact that I was next to lockers and close to front door because I could hear when people would open front door and able to hear the doors slam on lockers. I am easily distracted hence getting a private room and although sound cancelling headphones were provided those things hurt my ears and had to take breaks which is when I would get frustrated when I'd hear all the noises around me. I would not reccomend this testing center for people with accommodations.
This was a very nice testing center. Comfortable, quiet. Professional staff. Nice bathrooms for when on break.
System was down for about two hours. Offered to reschedule but that’s it. Waste of time, resources and money. Schedule with different testing center if possible to avoid these kind of situations with this testing center. Staff was nice about it though.
The worker was so rude. He was on a power trip. He was telling people what to do not asking politely. He was demanding and needs to be checked. I will not use this testing center again. The background noise at this location is loud. I could hear people talking loud in the entry room. I also heard traffic outside the window. Very distracting.
If you would like a minimun acceptable level of courtesy, please do not choose this testing center. The woman who was working when I went there was unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. She will assume you are going to cheat and will treat you with no respect. I had my hair up that day and she examined my hair clip and found nothing, however she told me I can only have my hair up if I use a rubber band. I did not have a rubber band so I took my tests with hair down. She did not allow me to use my very basic calculator either even though the website said I can bring my own calculator. I had two tests to take and was allowed 4 hours total, 2 1/2 hours for the first one and 1 1/2 hours for the second one. After about 2 hours, I had to use the restroom. She told me in an authoritative manner (and rudely) that I had to submit the 1st test even though I had some time left on the test, AND she will log me in for the 2nd test so my bathroom break will go against my 2nd test time before I can go. I did what she told me to do but I was amazed at the way she interacted with me. I did not expect someone younger than me treating a customer the way she did. I observed other test takers being treated about the same in the waiting room. This must be how it feels to be bullied by someone. I strongly recommend choosing a different testing center.
