I was immediately greeted and seated with a smile. But there were alot of things I disliked about this center. I immediately requested where bathrooms were and they were outside of center around the corner somewhat inconvinient when time on test continous to run so manage your time and bladder if you dont want to deal with in and out procedures. I wish I had known that they would not provide a sound machine (since prometric did offer it) to request one thru testing accommodations. During the tutorial I thought I could stand while testing but they immediately came in and told me the testing didn't allow that. I didn't like that again because I prometric I could. it was a 6 plus hour exam I wanted to stretch without being told how to. I was able to manage. I was very very dissatisfied with the fact that I was next to lockers and close to front door because I could hear when people would open front door and able to hear the doors slam on lockers. I am easily distracted hence getting a private room and although sound cancelling headphones were provided those things hurt my ears and had to take breaks which is when I would get frustrated when I'd hear all the noises around me. I would not reccomend this testing center for people with accommodations.

This was a very nice testing center. Comfortable, quiet. Professional staff. Nice bathrooms for when on break.

System was down for about two hours. Offered to reschedule but that’s it. Waste of time, resources and money. Schedule with different testing center if possible to avoid these kind of situations with this testing center. Staff was nice about it though.

Went there to take a state exam. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The testing space was a comfortable temperature and very clean.
