We’ve used Pearson’s Catering for the past few years to cater our firm’s Thanksgiving lunch, and they have been incredible every time! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is always on time, and communication is excellent from start to finish. This year, the chef went above and beyond when we asked about certain ingredients due to employee allergies. They took it upon themselves to make individual portions of specific dishes without the allergens — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our team. Everything looked and tasted wonderful. Unfortunately, the food smelled so amazing that we were all distracted and forgot to take photos of the setup — other than a photo of the made-from-scratch desserts! We can’t recommend Pearson’s Catering enough for anyone looking for fantastic food and exceptional service!
