I just moved to the area and was unsure what to expect. It was so windy and cold 🥶 I was there when they arrived I watch them brave the strong winds and was very sweet and nice once they were ready. I found this vet clinic because it's very close to us but I have mixed feelings. The first appointment was perfect. The employee was sweet and the male vet was really friendly. He took time to exam my pet. We all felt comfortable. My dog was calmer with him. That's why we came back next year. The second visit was a female vet and she didn't have any patience at all. My dog was nervous but never showed aggression. She didn't even do full exam of my dog. The employee took care of my dog was professional and delightful. I saw other vets before until we moved and I had never had issue to refill heart worm medication for my pet. My dog ran out of his heart worm medicine after his first appointment since I only bought half year medication from them from the last visit. One of the front desk girls told me "NO". They can't refill it until next time my pet see the vet but it hadn't been a year yet. It's very confusing. Some employees and vets are really nice but some people work there need to be more professional.

Great service, great people, all around I am 100% satisfied and very happy! I have 3 dogs, and the cost I saved is fantastic. This was a great expirence, for me and my fur baby. I noticed the other customers were happy as well with the displayed true caring demeanor of this team, who were very professional, and assisted all who asked like me. Very great personality's as dealing with fur babies can get a little rough, but this team knew what to do and say and explained any question I put out, they calmed my nervousness I had and I thank them for that. This is a great caring company... You all are already great at what you do as a team, thank you again ❤️
