They messed up my stock option boxes on 2 consecutive T4 slips (thousands of dollars). Considering their entire reason for existence is to help international employers comply with Canadian tax law, I consider this a pretty total failure on their part. Leaving 2 stars because...I guess it could be worse?

This company should not exist. They are the most lazy useless company I have ever seen. They have been withholding wages for over seven months. This has resulted in pay that was earned in 2025 still not been paid and it is 2026. This is all because they simply cannot figure out the taxes. Is that not the only thing you are paid to do? Have you considered how it will effect our annual taxes? They seriously need to let go of most of their staff or just give up on this business. Someone is useless. Is it the people they employ or the entire company?
