Don’t trust this gym with your money. They had a shady parting of ways with their previous owner who I had put down a half payment for private training sessions with but hadn’t used. She assured me I would get my money back but the owner told me they couldn’t access the system to give me a refund. That I would have to dispute it with my bank. The bank dispute hasn’t worked. I also learned I had a brain tumor and even sent in a doctor’s note to reinforce my refund but the owner was so hard to get in touch with. Never called me back and never got a refund which could go to medical bills. Super unethical and unprofessional. Filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

My daughter and I experienced our 1st class today as new members. I'm 57 so for me it was It was extreme, breath taking, hype and invigorating. I loved and the instructor. the music too. Anybody looking to get the best workout ever should become a member. All of my stress has melted away.

A great fitness studio to burn major calories with cardio drills and learn standard boxing techniques. All the instructors are great athletes who take the time to properly teach you and keep your body moving all class. Their goal is to get you faster and stronger. The facilities are ALWAYS clean. Upon arrival and checking in, they provide you with a complimentary towel and boxing gloves for the class if you don’t have your own. But you must return them before you leave. They also offer branded boxing gloves and wraps for purchase. Make sure to cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it, or else you will get charged for the missed class. They also conveniently have a shower in each of the bathrooms, so you can workout and get ready on the go. All the staff are super helpful and kind. The studio is attached to the Sora apartment building and they give you a complimentary code to park there for free during class.

Amazing gym and an amazing experience. I started with private lessons and it was worth every penny. My trainer Dee was phenomenal and helpful. I lost a lot of weight and it was noticeable. Will definitely work with them again
