My husband and I hired Perez Construction for a full-house renovation, and we strongly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a high-end contractor. We were introduced to Everson by a mutual friend, and we were immediately struck by his knowledge, humility, and warmth. From the beginning, Everson's responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail stood out, and made him a great person to collaborate with. Before construction began, he provided critical insights into the impact of design decisions on construction timelines and overall budget, and his transparency and expertise helped us enter the construction phase well-prepared and set up for success. Their commitment to transparency and true collaboration with the homeowner is notable, and made them stand out from other contractors that we considered for the project. We never felt pressured from their team to make a specific decision based on cost or timing, and instead found that they were trustworthy partners that would help us evaluate the options and make the decision most suited to our preferences and family. Everson's calm, level-headed demeanor was invaluable when inevitable unpleasant surprises arose (hello termite damage!), and his steadiness made tackling those challenges feel like a team sport instead of an individual battle. In addition to providing excellent project management throughout the project, my husband and I were particularly impressed by the high quality of the work that the Perez team completed. Everything from framing and drywall to tiling and fixture installation was completed with immense attention to the smallest of details and an eye towards perfection. Their network of subcontractors is excellent and we found everyone that they partnered with to bring the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and high build quality that we came to realize was the norm for Perez Construction. The result of the high bar that they hold themselves to is a beautiful finish that can be enjoyed for years to come. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire Perez Construction for our renovation, and recommend them highly. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and are grateful everyday that we get to enjoy the high quality of their work!

Everson, Connor, Rocio and the whole team at Perez Construction have been invaluable partners to San Francisco's Decorator Showcase. Not only have they helped our team with various projects in the house, they have also worked with Designers directly, bringing some incredible visions to life. They are talented, kind and act with integrity, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality contractor!

Perez Construction did a great job on our project, which involved replacing all the siding and windows on the three-story back wall of our house, which had a serious dry rot problem. Perez Construction gave us a detailed estimate, which was somewhat lower than another bid we had received, completed the job according to their schedule, and the quality of their work was excellent. There were some unforeseen complications which Perez Construction handled expertly and without additional cost. Perez provided daily scheduling and progress updates using the online BuilderTrend application. But first and foremost, Everson Perez and his crew are really nice and considerate people! They went the extra mile to ensure that we senior citizens were not overly disrupted or inconvenienced. They clearly take pride in their work. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Perez Construction.

I cannot recommend Perez Construction's team more highly. We have worked with dozens of general contractors and Everson Perez is among the best. It is clear that he and his team love what they do. Perez Construction's team is friendly, communicative and shares the same goals as our firm. They sincerely care about their clients and prioritize creating meaningful relationships. Everson seeks feedback throughout the remodel and truly listens to his partners and clients. Everyone on their team is talented and creates beautiful spaces with thoughtful details and quality craftsmanship. When challenges arise, everyone on the team has a great attitude and efficiently collaborates to creatively problem solve. We were introduced to Perez Construction by our realtor (who we also love!) and we are so glad to have gone with Perez Construction for our project. We had a very unfortunate accident in the house before we moved in, so we wanted to make changes to it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, we needed the hardwood floors redone and also new hardwood floors on all of the bedrooms. The team at Perez Construction were not only professional, but diligent and on time. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and for the result we got - it was worth every penny. Connor, Everson, and the rest of the team are so professional, from having a first virtual call explaining the process, to using an online tool to give us daily updates, including pictures of the progress, to doing a final walkthrough of the property to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. They took our vision and made it a reality, and made suggestions along the way. This was a small project for them but there was no lack of professionalism and quality delivered. We have additional projects that we are thinking of, and Perez Construction will be our first choice!
