I worked with Alice Coronado-Hernandez at Perez Law Group, and she has been amazing. Even though we haven’t formally hired the firm, Alice has been extremely responsive and took the time to explain everything—how to handle grievances, what steps to take, and how to deal with the multiple billing groups involved after my surgeries. I had such a great experience with this team. Cristina was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my case — she truly made me feel heard and supported.
