I had an eyebrow tint and thread done and it was really good. The color wasn’t too dark at all—it was perfectly matched to my hair and looked very natural. The shaping was clean and precise, and I loved how neat everything turned out. They also went ahead and tinted my upper lip, which was a great extra touch and made such a difference. I left feeling really happy with the results and would definitely recommend!

Bhavi is the best in Winston Salem! Not only in her work, but her attention to detail in her whole operation. She greets everyone with such great kindness and a genuine Warm vibe. She does the best job and also gets it done in a very quick timely manner. All her receptionist are kind and always there willing to help with anything I cannot say enough about This place. If you’re looking to get your eyebrows done and or any of the services she provides this place is the place you need to come to. I have used other places to get my eyebrows done and there’s always different people working not here. It’s been the same for many years and she remembers everybody.. I’ve been coming to Perfect Brow Arch for years, and I’ve always had great experiences… but today truly stood out! The lady who did my brows not only threaded them perfectly but also mentioned a nostril wax. It’s something I’ve been self-conscious about for a long time, and I’m SO glad she brought it up in the kindest, most professional way. I decided to try it, and wow… I look 10 times better and feel 10 times more confident! The customer service was wonderful, thoughtful, and genuinely appreciated.
