From scheduling to guiding from and being welcomed in the salon, I would say excellent service. They have a good system down, and my Esthetician was Julia (Not just because we share the same name) was amazing. She examined my skin, took the time to make sure that my skin got what it needed, and the facial glow after is surreal. I feel relaxed, rejuvenated and my skin feels amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just finished a massage at Perfect Balance Spa and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist, Justice, was outstanding. She was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. She took the time to understand what I needed and focused on the areas where I carry the most tension. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. You can tell Justice truly cares about her work and her clients’ well-being. This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting her again. This is my second time with her and she never dissapoints. Highly recommend Perfect Balance Spa and Justice if you’re looking for top-quality massage therapy in Lodi! If I could change one thing, I wish I had more time with Justice but she was all booked so I I took the only available opening which was a 60 minute Signature massage.

Perfect Balance Day Spa is truly an amazing oasis. From the moment we arrived, Ash warmly welcomed us and set the tone for a relaxing experience. Alex took great care of us throughout our visit, making sure everything was perfect. Huge thank you to our wonderful therapists, Nancy and Brook — they were absolutely fantastic and made the experience even more special. The spa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a calming, peaceful vibe. The surprise birthday celebration they arranged for my honey was the icing on the cake — thoughtful, memorable, and so well done. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our next visit. We will definitely be back! 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️✨

I called five minutes before my appointment — just being courteous — to let them know I might be about fifteen minutes late. My father-in-law was on his way to watch the kids, and I didn’t want to rush or waste anyone’s time. The receptionist was sweet, told me, “No problem, take your time.” So I did. I exhaled, turned on some music, and headed out — actually excited for a little moment to myself. When I arrived, Mariah was waiting at the front desk. Except she didn’t introduce herself as Mariah — she said she was the receptionist and had just left me a voicemail canceling my appointment because I was late. I asked, as kindly as I could, if she could still take me — even for an hour instead of the hour and a half I’d booked. My nails are tiny, and if she was as talented as people said, I knew she could manage. She agreed, but her energy was cold — like the rain outside. I sat down in her chair, asked if it was okay to get comfortable, and immediately knew she wasn’t for me. She barely spoke, barely looked at me, and after twenty-six minutes said, “That’s all I can do. You can wash your hands in the bathroom.” So I did. I walked into that bathroom, gripped the sink, and took a long breath. And right there, looking at my reflection, it hit me: This wasn’t my problem — it was hers. Her energy. Her heaviness. Her walls. I didn’t need to shrink to fit inside her mood. I was still me — kind, patient, and valuable — even when she couldn’t see it. I left the twenty dollars on her table and my self-respect intact. No need to wash my hands of her dust — she’d already faded from mine. The receptionist? Still a gem. Their AI assistant, Poppy, was cheerful and helpful — like a tiny reminder that grace still exists, even in cold spaces. As for Mariah — maybe she’s lonely, maybe she’s hurting. But me? Haley/Hailey did a fantastic job! Loved my massage and scrub. Feel so much better head to toe! We will be back next summer AGAIN!
