After being on the road for 6 weeks and couldn’t get proper nail care, I was excited to find the place and booked an appointment. Unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. I waited 20 mins before i could have my appointment. The beautician was obviously rushed. My pedicure and polish lasted less than 20 mins. I have had pedicures all over the world, and this was definitely the most “efficient” version I had seen. I asked whether this was standard service that they offered. I was told that I did not have much to work with. They were nice and polite throughout, but I know I was not getting the same service as others (particularly the regulars). I walked out without leaving a tip, probably the first time I have ever done so. I can see other customers being treated with care and leaving satisfied, unfortunately I did not leave feeling the same.
