1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing & Costly Experience I had a terrible experience with this taxation firm. They completely failed to do their job properly, and their negligence ended up costing me $16,000 in extra taxes. This is not a small mistake — this is a major financial burden caused by their lack of competence and attention to detail. What makes it worse is that when I went to a different accountant, they were able to quickly identify the errors and fix the issues that this firm overlooked or mishandled. It proves that this situation could have been avoided if the original firm had done their job correctly. This business showed a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and expertise. I trusted them with something extremely important, and they let me down in a costly way. I strongly warn others: DO NOT use this taxation firm. If you value your money, accuracy, and peace of mind, take your business elsewhere.

Highly recommended for hassle free tax solutions. They will also explain to you the Canadian taxation laws if there is any confusion with your tax numbers. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. I have been submitting my taxes since the last 3 years and have never faced any issue.
