UPDATE: After posting my review - I received the following email from this company: “You will hear from our lawyer about your defamatory post on Google.I advise you to remove it immediately because I will not stand by and accept that behaviour no matter what it costs me.” REVIEW: Absolutely unacceptable. Their receptionist failed to disclose any fees before proceeding with a service I never agreed to. Instead of acknowledging this mistake and simply training their staff, Greg and Billy threatened me with a $650 legal fee and tried to justify the charge. When I explained I’m not comfortable paying for something that was never disclosed, they cancelled an ATO payment plan that I set up myself—all without my consent. Dealing with the ATO is already stressful, and I trusted this firm to act professionally. This is beyond disappointing. Disgusting behavior—avoid this firm at all costs.

I can’t recommend Personalised Tax Services highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional — the whole team were very knowledgeable and made the process easy. A huge shoutout to Billy, who went above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything in a way that made sense.
