I would recommend Anna's painting classes to anyone, no matter their skill level! Anna's no-nonsense approach to painting, combined with her warmth and encouragement, helped build my confidence and equipped me with the basic skills I need to start painting in oils. Anna’s oil painting class is amazing! She makes everything feel easy and fun, even if you’ve never touched a paintbrush before. She’s super patient, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and really encourages you to be creative. Really enjoyed the time spent in her studio

I hadn't picked up a brush since I was a teenager so I was apprehensive (can I get a beginner-beginner's course please?). Anna is an amazing artist, and an even more amazing art teacher. I am learning so much and my confidence grows with each lesson. Art class has quickly become my favourite night of the week. I would highly recommend Anna's courses to anyone who wants to paint, whether a total newbie or a seasoned painter who wants a re-fresh. I am just having so much fun!

I am chuffed with my first attempt at painting in oils, achieved with Anna’s warm and encouraging guidance. Anna is friendly, positive and vivacious. Lessons were always fun. Working in her lovely studio was an added bonus. Now I need to practice a bit on my own but I’ll definitely be back as I have so much more to learn and I know Anna has so much more to share! I definitely recommend Anna to anyone nervous about how and where to start putting paint to canvas, as I was, but for sure those who have already got painting experience will also get a lot from these classes. Thanks Anna, I’ll be back. (I’d upload a photo of my masterpiece but Google won’t seem to let me).

I thoroughly enjoyed Anna’s beginner painting lessons and would highly recommend! I had never used oil paints before, but with Anna’s guidance, developed my painting skills and created a piece that I was delighted with. Anna has a beautiful and inviting studio full of incredible art and chatting to Anna was a large part of why her classes were so enjoyable as she is such a warm, vivacious and talented lady! I work shift work and she was very accommodating in terms of varying class times which was much appreciated. Thanks Anna!
