What a fantastic service from Gareth. Had a previous company come out who couldn’t identify the source of entry but Gareth was here for 30 minutes and after a survey of the house had identified and resolved the issue. House and drain now secure and all at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone with a vermin issue. I can’t thank him enough for his professional and expert service. Don’t bother ringing any other company. Just ring these.

Highly recommended!!!! From the moment I contacted them. Fast Response from Gareth. The next day the technician Steve arrived. Firstly a very friendly chap, who made us feel at ease. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he had vast experience in all things pest related from a significant number years in the business. The detail and effort he went to in identifying the issue was amazing. Climbing into our attic and crawling into our crawl spaces. The best part was his honesty, showing us exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to solve and prevent it from repeating. Which wasn’t what I had assumed the issue was. So he charged me a third of the price I was expecting to pay. If you think you have an issue with any pests, get these guys out. Much better than large companies or councils. Thank you Steve! Much appreciated.

Had a pigeon problem around 10-11m high with terrible access and the perfect storm for pigeons to roost. Called Pest & Property out, the guys came with a triple ladder, couple hours work spiking the drains and gutters. Very pleased and nice guys to deal with, cheers Gareth and Steve, hopefully won’t require another call out but would recommend in future!
