Cody truly loves going to Pet Paradise it is definitely his second home. The staff is friendly and truly enjoys working with our fur babies.

I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here since 2023 and have always had great experiences with the staff. Special shout out to Kam for being so helpful with planning my dogs’ next grooming appointments. Highly recommend the is location for anyone in the South Fulton area.

Long Review: Please DO NOT board your dog here, especially if they require medication administration. I recently boarded my two dogs for 5 nights. One of my dogs requires 4 prescription medications. Upon arrival, I completed the required paperwork that outlines the concentration, medication name, frequency, etc. I also provided the original pill bottles, as required. The staff person reviewed the medication schedule, confirming administration instructions. When I picked them up on the 6th day, they returned half of the medication to me!!! My heart sank realizing that my dog did not have her medication while being boarded at this Pet Paradise facility. I immediately pointed this out to the staff member Jjade who is reportedly the Manager on Duty. She pulled the records and attempted to convince me that the medication was given properly, which was impossible due to the amount of medication that still remained. When I requested a copy of the distribution records, I was told I could not have a copy because the Pet Paradise “owned” the documents - how convenient. The manager supposedly called the Regional Manager who said they would look into the situation. Days later (only after detailing the same events on their automated survey), I was contacted by a staff member and told they reviewed the documentation and determined that all medication was given appropriately. Again, I asked to speak to the Regional Manager or a staff person that could make decisions and was told someone would call me back. It’s been more than 2 weeks, and I still haven’t received a call. Before leaving, the Manager suggested that I monitor my dog or take her to the vet since she had not received her medication consistently during her stay. How sad!! What’s worse is the lack of accountability or willingness to acknowledge the error. (Although, I’m pretty sure someone will conveniently respond to this review.) Unfortunately, I’ve boarded my dogs here off and on for years. I ignored prior concerns because I considered them minor. For example, I always pack additional pre-portioned dry food “just in case” there was an emergency and they needed to stay later. And each time, the food was never returned even though they weren’t expected to receive it l. I was always told, “they ate all their food.” I overlooked it because the business was close to home. However, the medication was the last straw for me. I’ve since talked with a few neighbors about recommendations for other facilities and several have shared similar experiences with regard to feeding and staff disposition. Our pets rely on us to provide them safe, healthy and responsible environments. Pet Paradise is not one of them.

My baby had a great first visit. The staff was sweet and treated my baby so well. She was knocked out before we could even make it home. Her groom was fantastic she looks like a little teddy bear. We will definitely be back!

I truly love this place, and my dog truly enjoys it. They spoil him every time that he goes. He always comes out looking the way I expect him to. The only thing with them is that it is a little pricey. There are other places in the neighborhood or close proximity that I could go to, but I choose them because it makes my life easier. My dog is comfortable there and I am comfortable taking him there. So I continue to go there, but if they could lower the price on grooming and boarding, it would really be great. I believe that they may keep the price at the rates that they are because they know people love convenience, in which sometimes we have to pay just for that. But the overall service is great.
