My sweet GrandPup went here for the first time on yesterday and I believe that he had a blast! I don’t think that he wanted to leave lol. He is already booked for his next play date! Can’t wait!

We love this place so much. We’ve been going here for years. The staffs were very attentive and would give you an immediate calls if they have any concerns. My dog also LOVES this place. He would get super excited to come here and have fun with everyone. I feel safe leaving him here and enjoy his stay.

I can’t say enough great things about Pet Paradise Houston Hobby! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animals. The facility is spotless, secure, and thoughtfully designed, featuring both indoor and outdoor play areas, including a bone-shaped pool that my pup absolutely loved. What really stood out was the personalized care. The team took the time to get to know my dog’s personality and ensured she was paired with compatible playmates. I'm really disappointed with the way this place handled my dog's stay. When I picked him up, he had a large infected rash, and no one had informed me about it. I called and emailed and left a voice mail,no response. The only time they got back to me was after I left a negative review in their survey. They promised to call me and check the cameras, but it's been over 3 weeks and I've heard nothing since. I understand that things can happen with pets, but the complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay full price for boarding, I expect my dog to be properly cared for and, at the very least, to be informed when something goes wrong. I won't be bringing my dog back not just because of what happened, but because they never called me back or followed up.

My baby loves coming here! She has the best time and they treat her so well! I tried them out for boarding when I went out of town and now I use them for day camp. The staff is very professional, polite, and efficient. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide but the love and attention my baby gets at Pet Paradise is invaluable.
