If you’re looking for a place where customer service comes second to policy, you’ll probably love Pet Resorts. If you’re looking for fairness and basic flexibility… good luck. I paid a $275 deposit for my Kelpie's New Year stay at Pet Resorts Dural. When plans changed, I asked for a simple, reasonable solution: convert the deposit to doggy day care credit. Nope. No effort to work with me, no goodwill, no “let’s help you out” — just a strong vibe of thanks for the money, see you never. It left me feeling like it’s less about pets and people, and more about the cash register. And just in case you think that was a one-off, Pet Resort Terrigal took months to return a substantial overcharged payment. Months. Because apparently “quickly fixing a billing mistake” is an optional extra. Between the rigid deposit handling at Dural and the painfully slow refund process at Terrigal, I’ve learned my lesson: dont expect flexibility when money is involved. I won’t be back. Sad because I was a regular customer. Take a minute to read all the negative reviews.

There is no one other than PRA Dural I trust to care for my Henry whilst I am on holidays. Henry has had multiple stays at PRA Dural over the years and each time he has come home clean, happy, healthy and very tired from all the running around he does with his doggie friends. I love getting postcards with pictures and updates from his stay which gives me peace of mind that he is doing well. A big thank you to the wonderful staff and pet nannies who love and care for Henry the same way I do. You make leaving him that much easier!

Val had a great time on his own holiday with the lovely Nannie’s and cute pups. I love knowing I have a dog boarding option that myself and Val are super happy and comfortable with. Val says thank you xx

We always feel so happy knowing that the amazing team of pet nannies at Dural Pet Resort are looking after our Arlo when we head away or when he is spending a day with his pawesome buddies for some fun! We know they love him just as much as we do and he always comes home happy and is super excited as soon as we pull into the driveway! Thank you for loving him as much as you do!!

PRA Dural came highly recommended to us. Although Winston is 10 years old, this is the first time he’s been boarded so we were a little anxious. The whole process was easy and well managed. The location is great and most importantly Winston had a lot of space to himself and they were able to make his customised meals with supplements. Definitely looked like he was having a blast and we loved getting the postcards He came back nicely groomed and a few kilos lighter after all the exercise!
