I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pet Shot Studios, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Karen was incredible to work with- so kind, patient, and truly gifted with dogs. She was amazing with my Schnauzer and immediately made both of us feel comfortable. The studio itself is a great environment: easy to get to, easy parking, and I felt completely secure the entire time. Most importantly, my dog felt relaxed, which really shows in the photos. Karen had so many creative ideas and offered a wide range of options, while also taking the time to make sure everything felt unhurried and thoughtful. She struck the perfect balance of being calm and patient while still being quick and efficient. The proofs were delivered promptly, communication was clear and easy, and the final images were returned beautifully and right on schedule. The end result exceeded my expectations. For my first photoshoot with my dog, Karen was so patient and helpful during this whole process. Everything was easy, she directed me on what to do, she was prepared and captured every little quirky detail of my dog! I reached out to see if she can squeeze me in before Christmas and she delivered. Not only was the shoot itself fun to do but the pictures turned out amazing! This is our second year in a row having holiday photos taken by Karen of Pet Shot Studios, and we couldn’t be happier. Jolene (our doodle) is adorable, but also a bit of a difficult puppy to photograph. Karen and her assistant handle her with so much patience, kindness, and genuine joy.
