We absolutely loved the service we received from Elena. She was responsible, open, informative, super friendly and professional at the same time. Our boy had some special conditions with his diet, she took care of it all with no troubles. We were out of the country at the time so it was really important for our peace of mind that Shine was safe and happy. When we were to pick him up, he was more than okay welcoming us to his second home :) totally recommend!! Elena is awesome !!

November 22, 2025 I called Elena on a last minute request for my little cookapoo for pet sitting for a day . Best decision I made. Seeing the videos and photos of him that Elena sent me during the day showing me how he was being treated on walks and in the park gave me peace of mind. She is extremely friendly and treated my “ Nike “ like her own . I highly recommend her to anyone not sure about giving their fury child for pet sitting . You will not be disappointed 😊

I can’t say enough good things about my our wonderful pet sitter in Montreal, the Mutt Mama Elena. My little Chihuahua Biscotti is quite the character — full of energy, very particular, and not always easy to handle. But when he stayed with Elena, something amazing happened. He came back calm, relaxed — almost like a different dog! It was clear he had been in a peaceful, nurturing environment. Elena is truly excellent with animals. She’s kind, compassionate, and clearly understands how to meet each dog where they are. The level of care she provides gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and loving pet sitter. Your dog couldn’t be in better hands. She offers what we were looking for which is peace of mind. She’s a little miracle for us and our go to sitter every time we go away. 5 bright stars. 🌟

I can’t recommend Elena enough! She’s absolutely the best sitter. Not only is she always available when we need her, but she truly understands our pup’s needs and is incredibly attentive. It’s such a relief knowing that we can leave and have peace of mind, knowing our fur babies is in great hands. Highly recommend Elena without hesitation!

Amazing sitter! We had booked a trip to Montreal for my son's birthday long before knowing we would be bringing a puppy home. As the travel dates came closer, we had contacted her to see if she was available last minute! And thankfully she was! She was able to take our puppy for the day we had requested, and on top of that we also ended up arriving way earlier then expected and watched over him while we explored Montreal and got dinner (which was not part of the plan but she accommodated anyway! I would say that is a bonus in itself). She constantly kept in touch, sent me photos and videos, and let me know how the day was going which gave me peace of mind knowing that he was being taken care of and loved! I highly recommend her as a sitter, she is so pleasant and easy to communicate with. She is so kind and caring, and I knew she would be the right fit to care for my pup the moment we spoke on the phone and when we met in person.
