First time here and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. My dog looked so comfortable, which really put me at ease. The grooming was super clean and detailed they did an amazing job.You can tell they truly care about the dogs.Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
We made an appointment for our dog and sent them a picture of what type of haircut we wanted. All they said was; "Sure" We take him and he comes back looking alright, but the next 4 weeks are a living hell. His whole mouth looks infected and I personally had to spend over $100 on medication before I take him to the vet and you know how much that costs. Anyway, they said that it was a type of razor burn that happens with infected razors... Which.... Well you know what it means. They didn't wash their razors! I'm never coming back here, especially since I tipped over 20% every time. Edit: His name is Pinto
Such an awesome job by Pet Star team on our 4mo old standard poodle! It was our pup's first grooming experience after some light trimming done at home. She came out looking so fresh and smelling clean beyond our expectation. Glad we found such professional groomers that understood our exact needs. Very positive experience all around and will be coming back for future grooming needs.
I had a wonderful experience here! My dog is just over 11 years old now and this was her first time going to a groomer, she's a medium sized dog as well as easily excitable/barks a lot, but she did a great job and was so happy when I picked her up! Not only were they speedy and thorough, but reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be coming back for semi-regular visits and I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for a groomer.
Needed a good doodle groomer (iykyk) after moving back from NYC and decided to give them a try after reading other reviews. Their establishment is clean, scheduling is easy and the team that works there is very kind and my pup enjoys going to get groomed. Best of all, they listen to my requests and continue to give him great cuts. Thank you!
