⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jen and Raz were absolutely amazing looking after my kitty Yuki during their premium home visits! 🐾 They took such great care of him, making sure he was fed, played with, and given lots of love while I was away. I really appreciated the detailed updates and adorable photos they sent after each visit – it gave me total peace of mind knowing Yuki was happy and safe. I could tell they truly care about animals and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I’ll definitely be booking them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional pet sitters!

I go away quite often to visit family. It was good to know that my cats were going to be looked after for such a low price. Raz went out of his way, even checking on my Guinea pigs, topping up their water and giving them some left over veggies from home. No more worrying about finding a cattery that would cost an arm and a leg or worrying about a stranger staying in my house all week. Raz popped in, did what he needed to do plus threw in some cuddles and head scratches and made sure I came home to happy, healthy fur babies.

Jeannene and Reza always make us feel like our two dogs are well cared for and looked after in a comfortable environment. They are obviously dog people and go to great lengths to make the dogs feel at home! We appreciate having a reliable sitter 🙏🏻

I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.
