I've been to so many pet supplies. Been greeted enjoyed my visit. This is the one place that I was shocked on how I was treated. Walked up to the register with my things. Some girl came from an office slid. My things across the counter didn't greet me. Didn't even give me eye. Contact gave me a total and I could like it was a bother for her to do her job. I'll travel to white club or I'll travel down off of Greenville but this pet supply. I will never go back to. Rude customer service

Solid spot for pet supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-stocked. They’ve got a good selection of food, toys, and grooming products. Plus, the self-serve dog wash is a nice bonus.

Lori is THE BEST!! She took the time to help me with a kitten I had found. I didn't realize how in over my head I was until I was wandering through the aisle lost.
