I’ve been showering my pup and getting all his wet and dry food here for over 8 -1/2 years. Never had any issues, even during Covid. When their computers have gone down, they still take good care of their customers. Wouldn’t dare try any other location.

I've been going to Pet Supplies Plus for many years in at least four different states. They've remained consistent in providing quality products; specializing in having the best of the best before others. (Their food selections have always been top notch! They are excellent at carrying the best, newest brands, regardless of price.) The selection of toys is always impressive and my dogs love coming in and sniffing/playing around. I've used the dog wash facilities in several stores and appreciate how great of a job they do at helping pet owners handle "all the things" Especially the ones that cause a huge mess! The only issue I've had with Pet Supplies Plus is the price difference with other stores. (I'm mostly referring to my experience when it comes to food.) While you're able to get what you need the day you need it, the price you pay for that convenience is on the higher side. I can usually find the same product online for less money - even with shipping included. If this wasn't such an issue I would absolutely shop there more often. It's such a great store! I will always stop by a PSP with my dog if we have the time. I like the store and my dogs love walking down the treat isles to pick out their favorite(s). The next time you drive by one stop in. You'll instantly understand how they've stayed in business for as long as they have.

If they sell the Wiskers Automatic Litter box, don't purchase. It works for a very short while. After a few days and less than a month, you will have constant problems. It's a great concept and loved it for a few days. Then you have to physically reset all the time or the round globe will roll of the stop area and get stuck. Replaced the computer, bottom half on one and even the 2nd one malfunctioned. I had bought 2 more, but thank God I paid for extra insurance. They are only guaranteed for 90 days, 3 months. That should tell you of the problems you will have. They refused to refund the 1st, but they had to with the other 2 due to extra warranty I purchased. More trouble than what you pay! $600 + for a 3 month or less product. It is crazy for this defective product. For that price it should last for years. DO NOT BUY!

they always have enough crickets for me! (i get up to 100 each time, and no other location near me stocks as much) elliott was very kind and helpful with what i needed. edit: i stopped in today on sunday to wash the dog around 5:45 and i totally forgot that they closed at 6. i was wondering why the closing gates were up when we left. i'm so sorry!! thank you guys for allowing us to finish.
