I’ve shopped at many different Pet Supplies Plus for years. I usually go out of my way to shop at their stores because I know they are independently owned vs a big box retailer. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I recently moved, and this location is the closest to my home at 5 miles distance. My first few times at this location have been ok. I recently went in and discussed with an associate about changing my dog’s food. The associate helped me out and made recommendations. I confirmed that if my dog doesn’t like the food, I would be able to exchange it (as I had done this previously at my prior location when my dog was a puppy and I was deciding on food)… Surprise surprise, my dog didn’t like the new food (like it sat in the bowl for a day and a half). However, when I went to exchange the food, I was informed that I couldn’t because it was not one of their house brand foods. Again, this was not what I confirmed when I purchased the food. Nor is it really good business practice in my opinion for a pet store, considering I’m not willing to taste it to understand why my dog doesn’t like it. In addition, I called two other locations, and they confirmed the food could be exchanged. Thank You so much Pet Supplies Plus-Braes Heights for informing me to never shop at your location again.
