I’ve shopped at many different Pet Supplies Plus for years. I usually go out of my way to shop at their stores because I know they are independently owned vs a big box retailer. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I recently moved, and this location is the closest to my home at 5 miles distance. My first few times at this location have been ok. I recently went in and discussed with an associate about changing my dog’s food. The associate helped me out and made recommendations. I confirmed that if my dog doesn’t like the food, I would be able to exchange it (as I had done this previously at my prior location when my dog was a puppy and I was deciding on food)… Surprise surprise, my dog didn’t like the new food (like it sat in the bowl for a day and a half). However, when I went to exchange the food, I was informed that I couldn’t because it was not one of their house brand foods. Again, this was not what I confirmed when I purchased the food. Nor is it really good business practice in my opinion for a pet store, considering I’m not willing to taste it to understand why my dog doesn’t like it. In addition, I called two other locations, and they confirmed the food could be exchanged. Thank You so much Pet Supplies Plus-Braes Heights for informing me to never shop at your location again.

Bought VICTOR HI-Pro Plus Dot Wz. 60 Ibe (2208 1g) , I always buy this food my dogs love it , I’ve been to several locations and never had an issue , as I opened the bag I realized it was filled with maggots and worms , I already emailed them and I’m still waiting on a response . I feel very sad spending all this money just for me not to be able to feed my dogs because I got a bad bag

I am so grateful to have met Rosalind as our new doggie groomer! She is so exceptionally kind, treats your fur babies like her own, she loves on them, shows incredible patience, and absolutely wonderful to work with. I gave her my requests and we discussed end goals for both my dogs, and I have to say, SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure they were comfortable from beginning to end. The whole experience was wonderful and will only and exclusively be booking with her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSALIND!! We could not be more happy to have found our groomer, see the pics, they speak for themselves with their happy faces! 🙏🏽💕🫶🏼🐾

Independently owned and operated, welcoming and very helpful, we highly recommend you visit this store when looking for pet supplies. We were there to buy Dog Treats as a gift. The selection is huge! Support Local ❤️ Update: The dogs loved the treats! 🐕🐩

This was first time giving our dog Kimi a bath at Pet Supplies Plus. Their service is great and their self pet wash was clean and ready to be in use, they have shampoo, towels, and brushes so you won’t need to bring your own! Their staff are really friendly and have great attitude, I highly recommend you to give your dogs a bath here!
