I’m rating this place purely off of grooming services. I do enjoy going here to see the selection of treats and dog food but I will never take my dogs here for grooming ever again. We purchased a Bath and brush which includes nail trim and scissoring feet and pad shaving. Both my dogs came home with neither. If you’re going to advertise to trim nails/paw pads, I expect that. We also included a luxury upgrade for a deshed because there was a coupon online that says we can get 10% off of these services and went in circles with the manager about that and how the pricing we were quoted online were not reflected on the final amount. I called and confirmed with the groomers as well. She seemed annoyed because of the coupons that we had/pricing adjustments but if it’s going overwhelm you that much maybe don’t advertise it for your store?

I love using the self-serve dog wash! It’s affordable, easy to use, and saves so much time and cleanup. The stations are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful if you have questions. Highly recommend for any dog owner!

Pet Supplies Plus never disappoints. The employees are incredibly helpful and welcoming and they go out of their way to make sure you find exactly what you need. From quality food options to toys and grooming supplies, they have it all. Such a great experience every time I visit!

I brought my dog here for a nail trim, and I was concerned by how he was handled during the service. While we were watching, the employee trimming his nails did not squat or adjust her position. Instead, she lifted and pulled my dog’s leg up and to the side toward herself. During this, my dog pulled away and vocalized in distress, she could have given my dog some time but she did not. As she was pulling, my dog was pulling away to. We asked her to stop, but she responded that she was almost finished and continued briefly. At that point, we insisted the service end. She was like r u sure? and mentioned she was having difficulty completing the service, which raised concerns about why the task was not paused or transferred to another employee. A different employee has trimmed my dog’s nails here previously and did so calmly and without issue, so I know this service can be performed safely. The store itself is clean, and the self-wash stations are nice. However, based on this experience, I will not return for nail trim services. My previous post about it was seen by the owner and im sure they are taking action now and hopfully teaching there empolyees to better handle animals. im still angry about the treatment of my dog tho, it looked painful and i have the right to advocate for my dog.

Super friendly staff. They have an amazing self service dog wash. They have three individual stalls that can accommodate any size dog or cat. The price for the dog wash is super affordable. There are plenty of clean and dry towels. They provide all the soap and shampoo. There are leash tethers to keep your dog secure. The garden sprayer has multiple settings to get the best wash for your pup. There's even a dryer hose with multiple attachments so your pup can be dried super fast!!! Stop in and give them a try!
