We love Petropolis, and our pups do too! The team at Petropolis is informed, experienced, professional, and welcoming. We’ve used them for daycare and training of our two 9 month old Great Pyrenees pups and have had only great experiences. Our pups are happy to go there and are in no rush to leave, often wanting to check in with each team member before we say goodbye.

We recently needed a safe and comfortable place for our doxie (Zeke) to chill while we were in town visiting with family and doing some shopping over Thanksgiving weekend. Petropolis was very accommodating and worked with me to accommodate our pet. We didn’t take advantage of the group play by choice. Everyone was friendly, the facility appeared clean and smelled fresh. It was a busy day with pick ups and drop offs and the grooming facility was busy but we felt welcomed and not rushed. Clara, our Great Pyrenees senior is a new client of Petropolis! Her grooming experience was fantastic and she came back to us looking beautiful, clean and spoiled! We booked her next appt on the spot so she looks perfect for the Holidays! Her groomer was gentle, loving and completely followed our expectations for Clara’s spa date!

Fantastic service and my kitty is in beautiful condition. They treated her with dignity and operated only with her consent to avoid stressing her out. The only hiccup was that my girl went potty in her carrier. They provided us a bag for the towel that was in her carrier and wiper her down for us - no extra charge. Fuu has late-stage CKD, so I don't think she'll be around to visit them again, but any future cats or dogs I have will be going to Petropolis in Chesterfield
