For the first initial appointment the cat groomer was sick so they called me to reschedule which was fine, but then during the rescheduled time when we arrived they again told us groomer was sick and needed to reschedule! They didn’t call ahead or anything, stating they didn’t have my number to let me know. But they definitely called me before. I’m so disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

The absolute BEST — hands down! 🙌🏽 My cousin referred me here, and this was my first time ever boarding my Rottie. She loved this place so much, I literally had to beg her to come home! 😂 I checked on her several times and was even offered FaceTime calls (yes, I’m THAT dog mom 🐾). Had to add an extra day last minute and the staff was so accommodating — I’m beyond grateful. And the complimentary bath was top tier! So excited about my baby’s new aunties! 💕 Thank you for loving her like she’s your own.

First time taking Austin here, been spending excessive amounts of money at Petsmart only to find out that there are groomers who can do a wayyy better job than all others! No excuses as to why they couldn’t do services on my hyperactive dog! I will definitely be going back every month for him. Thank you so much for the service! Im impressed!

My shih tzu is not the most well behaved for groomers so throughout his life it has been very hard to find him groomers, but pets-u-love does a great job with him! It’s hard to get a good picture of him, but he always comes out looking cute!

This lady is great! It's a typical small town groomer and I was more than happy to support a local business woman. After a horrible experience with"All Pets Consider.."where unknowingly to the groomers I watched them roughly handle my cat while they last groomed him and after the front desk manager refuse to acknowledge my concern I found this local groomer. It was very evident that although a small family business and nothing fancy the mother and her two daughters exhibited a true love and care of the animals they groomed. I recommend them to everyone.
