This review is mostly aimed at the website, the site itself is pretty nice. I was trying to get a new protein source for my cat which excludes things like chicken or regular protein sources since he has IBM. I liked a brand (instinct) but they don't have a lot of inventory of it (maybe 3 or 4 cans literally). In any case I went tp the website and clicked on the product AND they charged me double (store pick up) even though before clicking the product it had the correct price? what kind of 2000s scam is this? Seriously no clue on why they do this other than charging customer for no reason (i know it says 3$ which is not double is just that today, as I'm writing this review, it had a discount)

Alyssa was amazing! She went out of her way to help me and even showed me how to use a coupon on the app that saved me $10. That kind of customer service really stands out. Great fish supplies but the bettas are sick and dying. Very depressing to see half these young fish on deaths door. Those dying were in cloudy water meaning they are sitting and dying in their own toxic waste.
