Sydney did such a wonderful job grooming our puppy - she ended up looking so great after her appointment! Our girl is a recent rescue who can be timid, but Sydney was very patient and gentle with her. We definitely will be back!

I was a little skeptical at first about coming to PetSmart to get my toy poodle groomed again based off my own personal experiences and mixed reviews I’ve heard in the past from various locations. First time, trying out the PetSmart location on Shepherd Dr. and I will say I was highly satisfied. Booking was easy, the availability was flexible, the customer service I received during drop off and during pick up was awesome, the time it took for my baby to receive all her services was efficient, the actual haircut was so cute, and at an affordable price point! Jaidyn did an amazing job with my toy poodle!! I showed Jaidyn two photos previously took of my baby of a haircut style she received in the past prior to the appointment of what I wanted my baby to look like and she did a phenomenal job delivering! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you Jaidyn!!

Ran in to grab some dog food and Sylvia was so kind and helpful. She took time to walk me through the app and show me opportunities for additional savings. Had to shout her out because she was amazing!

No complaints after visiting this location. This Petsmart had friendly service, lots of animal options, cute pets up for adoption, and a lot of things available to buy for your pet. Rather well organized. Smelled decent for a pet store. Prices seemed to be reasonable, although I’m not well versed on what pet supplies usually cost. If you have a pet this is a nice place to get supplies.
