Brought my new puppy in this morning and was shamed by the woman humane society volunteer that works in the truck in front for buying pure bred instead of adopting from them saying “you could have gotten one of our dogs for $120 that look just like that instead of spending that money on her.” Absolutely insane and incredibly rude.

There's a reason why their review score is low! They dont have any common sense or compassion for sensitive dogs! Lousy customer service. They lie about wht thay do and take your money! Will take my babies somewhere else from now on!! If you truly love your pet you will reconsider bringing them here!!

Rafael G. is our favorite groomer EVER. My labradoodle, Minnie, has a history of severe ear infections. She’s also very excited ALL THE TIME. So she is difficult to groom! Rafael is always so kind, so careful with Minnie and she just loves him! We found a little painting that looks like Minnie with curlers in her hair and gave it to him, and now it hangs above his station. He owns dogs and obviously loves them. Rafael is the best groomer in Fort Worth!
