I went to this store on Jan 5th 2026 afternoon to return a few brand new items I bought on petsmart.com. I can no longer use the items from my petsmart.com order due to my pet passing away. However, when I got to the store and told the employees the circumstances and that I wanted to return the order, the employees there had no sympthy, no compassion, was rude, and impatient. They had all these rules that made the petsmart.com return more difficult than it should be -- need to bring the same credit card used to place the order (not a real requirement, the POS system does not restrict this), need to enter an ID and process as a no-receipt return, etc. I was going through a hard time already and the employees here only made it more difficult. I will no longer recommend this store or petsmart brand in general. If I ever need to buy pet supplies again, I would consider petsmart last.

guy with long bearded ponytail incredibly rude. checked out and he didn’t say hi just “type in your number”… never asked me if i wanted a bag even though i had 4 big cases of cat food and other items.. just tossed them in the cart. when i asked for a PAPER bag he insisted i be charged a seperate 20 cents which ok no problem .. held up the line to do so and tossed the bags on top of my items rather than offering to do his job and help me bag . confronted the employees and felt incredibly disappointed with the responses, lady at register behind him also mocked me for asking for a bag. wth is wrong with this location? never had a problem at a pet store before.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They carry the dog food my dogs will eat, and good price on their treats! Clean store - wish I could adopt all the kittens!!

Wide selection of fresh pet foods, which I now have to get for my finicky elderly dog. Great supplement to my usual Chewy orders that allows me to mix it up! Also, good toy selection (although more non-plastic options would be welcome).

I went to this PetSmart to find the Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet Rabbit food and topper for my cat — she’s allergic to chicken, beef, and fish, so this is the only food that works for her. It was out of stock at first, but the staffs were super kind and helped me find a full case from the back. One of them even told me about the AutoShip option on the PetSmart website (I didn’t know PetSmart had that!). Really appreciate the amazing service and patience — everyone here is so friendly. This store always be my first choice for my pet food!
