Ashley did an amazing job grooming my dog. My only request was to keep his hair nice and fluffy, and she delivered perfectly. I highly recommend her. Dropped him off at 7am and he was ready for pickup at 9am.
This Petco has the best group of staff and best selection of dog essentials. As I was shopping for my Fifty, I decided he would get a bed upgrade. I went in with no real agenda but was reluctant to ask for help with a bed at the top of the shelf I thought might work, the worker however was extremely helpful immediately and proceeded to be attentive to me immediately. She got the bed down and proceeded to make the most delightful conversation with me about her pets and their love for this specific bed I inquired about. She truly sold me on the bed and let me just say…we now own two. If you’re in the area and need a restock on pet supplies put this location high on your list!
ABSOLUTELY SAD. Some of the Beta fish die due to low maintenance. Terrible. Otherwise, other animals, such as birds, mammals, and reptiles, are doing better.
I’m not sure if Luis was having a bad day, but he was really smug. I asked him to leave my dog’s tail that was barely matted, has been worse before and other locations have saved it. I think I annoyed him because I rang the bell twice within 10 minutes. I will not be returning here. Was very rude, no apologies and didn’t say bye, have a good day, nothing. Poor customer service.
We get our schnauzer groomed by Samatha M. I will not take our puppy anywhere else after the queen treatment she get from her. Samatha M will ensure that all the knots and tangles are taken care of and our puppy just looks fabulous when groomed by her. In the photo below, our schnauzer was a matted mess when we brought her in by Samatha got them all out.
